•What materials are most popular for export markets?
Dining: solid oak/ash/birch with PU lacquer, MDF+veneer, tempered glass + steel base. Coffee: solid wood, glass + chrome, marble/quartz tops. Vanity: MDF + PU finish (high-gloss white/black/gold), with LED-lit mirrors and crystal handles. Russia exports unique birch/karelian-birch tops with natural patterns — very popular in Asia and Middle East.
•Can dining tables be extended? What are the mechanisms?
Yes — extension mechanisms include: butterfly insert (Italian-licensed, +40 cm), pull-out double-extension (+80 cm, German Hafele), drop-leaf (Scandinavian style, +30 cm each side), rotary expansion (round → oval, +40 cm). All mechanisms have stainless-steel sliders with soft-close. Max table size when extended: 320 cm length, seats 12-14.
•How are tables packed for container shipping?
100% KD flat-pack. Dining table: legs and base separated from top, carton 200×100×15 cm, 35-55 kg. Coffee table: carton 130×80×20 cm, 20-30 kg. Vanity: carton 100×50×30 cm + mirror in separate carton with edge protection. 40'HQ holds 80-120 dining tables OR 180-220 coffee tables OR 100-140 vanity sets.
•Are these tables compatible with CARB Phase 2 and EU CE marking?
Yes — MDF/particle board used by Tonzar suppliers is E1 emission class compliant with CARB Phase 2 (≤0.05 ppm formaldehyde), EU EN 13986, EU EPF. Solid wood is FSC-certified from sustainable Russian forests (Karelia, Arkhangelsk). CE marking on fittings (Hafele, Blum, Hettich). REACH SVHC declarations provided on request.
•What MOQ for custom-size dining tables?
MOQ for stock-color dining tables: 20 units mixed sizes/styles. Custom RAL color or veneer: MOQ 50 units, +10% price, lead time +12 days. Fully custom dimensions (length 80-360 cm, width 70-130 cm): MOQ 30 units, +20% price, lead time 30-40 days. OEM with importer brand: 100 units minimum.
•Are marble and natural-stone tops available?
Yes — Tonzar suppliers offer: Russian Carrara-analog marble (Ural region), Karelian granite, Bashkortostan onyx, quartz agglomerate (Vicostone/Caesarstone), sintered stone (Laminam/Neolith analog). Thickness 12-40 mm. Edge profiles: straight, beveled, ogee, full-bullnose. Custom cuts for inset cooktops/sinks on request.
