Buran-2,5-2C - pulse module of powder fire extinguishing, which is the main element for the construction of modular automatic installations of powder fire extinguishing in industrial, warehouse, domestic and other premises. It is intended for localisation and extinguishing of fires of classes A, B, C, as well as E (breakdown voltage parameter is not taken into account according to SP 485.1311500.2020).
The module is a metal case containing extinguishing powder, a gas generator and a combined ignition device with a self-starting unit. The module is triggered when an electrical impulse is applied to the ignition device or when the temperature of the environment in the area of the self-starter unit rises to 180C.
As a result of triggering, the extinguishing powder from the housing is impulsively fed into the combustion zone.
