The Н100 is a vertical bucket elevator designed for continuous upward transport of grain and other free-flowing bulk materials at a rated capacity of 100 tonnes per hour (based on grain with a bulk density of 0.76 t/m³). Manufactured by ROSTSTALMASCH LLC in Bataysk, Rostov Region, the N-series elevator uses rubber-fabric belts fitted with pressed-steel cups that ride around a drive drum in the head unit and a return drum in the boot.
The Н100 delivers a belt speed of 2.43 m/s, a maximum discharge height of 39.6 m, and a loading height of 1,134 mm. All structural parts are fabricated from galvanized steel at least 3 mm thick, assembled entirely with bolted joints for rapid on-site installation and straightforward maintenance.
Each unit ships complete with backpressure sensors, belt-deviation monitors, belt-breakage sensors, and explosion-relief panels. The readiness coefficient is no less than 0.99, with a mean time between failures exceeding 1,000 hours.
Equipment is manufactured in accordance with TU 52.10.13-001-71939962-2017 and holds EAEU Declaration of Conformity ЕАЭС N RU Д-RU.НХ37.В.01008/20, confirming compliance with Eurasian technical regulations. The product qualifies under Russian Government Resolution No.
