The MECHANICS ROBOTREK Resource Kit is a purpose-built educational add-on from Brain Development LLC — the Russian developer behind the Robotrek line of engineering education systems. Designed for students aged 9 and older, this compact kit (220×90×90 mm) provides a hands-on introduction to the full spectrum of mechanical transmission types: rack-and-pinion, bevel gear, cam, worm-gear, pulley, and magnetic-coupling mechanisms.
The set contains at least 35 precision components — metal shafts in two configurations, bevel gears, pulleys, a small cam, a rack, a slip-spur gear, a worm drive, and a magnetic bolt mount — all fabricated from ABS plastic, stainless steel, and neodymium magnets for classroom durability across an operating range of 0–50 °C. The kit is listed in the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade registry under number 10521632 and satisfies clause 2.22.5 of Ministry of Education Order №838 (28.11.2024), making it eligible for federally funded school procurement.
It integrates seamlessly with all Robotrek robotic constructors, with primary pairing to the Stazhyor A and Stazhyor B kits as part of the 30-lesson "Entertaining Mechanics" course. Every delivery includes a free digital teaching-and-methodology package, online staff training, and ongoing technical support.
