The P6332 is a 160-ton (1,600 kN) single-column hydraulic press with a C-shaped welded steel frame, manufactured by Stankostroyitelnoye Obyedineniye PRESSMASH — one of Russia's leading producers of forging and pressing equipment, with an established record of deliveries to major industrial centers including Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Novosibirsk, and Chelyabinsk, as well as CIS countries. The machine is classified as universal press equipment suitable for a wide range of metalworking operations: pressing out, press fitting, bending, and calibration.
When fitted with the optional straightening table and attachment, it additionally handles straightening work. The press features an internally housed hydraulic unit mounted within the welded frame, with the working cylinder set in the upper bracket and a guided slider providing a 500 mm stroke.
Maximum working clearance between the table and slider reaches 750 mm, while the C-frame throat depth (distance from ram axis to frame) is 400 mm. The working table measures 800 × 630 mm.
The 15 kW drive powers three selectable operating modes — manual, semi-automatic, and setup — giving operators precise control over slider travel and pressing force. A contact manometer with a process pressure regulator allows accurate force adjustment.
Before shipment, every press undergoes factory acceptance testing covering table and slider flatness, stroke perpendicularity, parallelism tolerances, and full hydraulic and electrical system verification. Each machine is supplied with a technical passport, operation manual, certificate of conformity, and a manufacturer's warranty.
