The АН220-01 (designation РЛТУ.468733.010) is a solid-state HF power amplifier module designed and manufactured by Uranis-Radiosystems JSC, a Russian developer of professional shortwave communication equipment. Covering the complete 1.5–30 MHz HF band, it delivers 150 W (±1 dB) of continuous output power in CW, AM, and SSB PEP modes, with selectable reduced steps of 75 W, 37 W, and 19 W.
Powered from a 27 VDC ±2 V supply drawing no more than 19 A in CW mode, the unit suits vehicle, shipboard, and fixed-base radio installations alike.
A built-in 7-band switchable harmonic filter keeps harmonic content below –50 dB and non-harmonic spurious below –70 dB across seven sub-bands spanning 1.5 to 30 MHz. Dual-channel architecture provides RF-path redundancy: if one channel fails, the amplifier continues operating at 25% reduced power.
An integrated monitoring system tracks output and reflected power, VSWR, operating frequency, input drive, thermal state, and the health of both the harmonic filter and output stages — all accessible via RS232/RS485 interfaces.
The amplifier operates reliably with antenna VSWR up to 5:1, with graceful power reduction rather than shutdown, and includes autonomous protection against short-circuit and open-load conditions. Two-stage overheat protection with automatic fan management ensures reliable continuous-duty operation.
Compact dimensions of 159×164×381.5 mm and an 18 kg weight simplify rack mounting. The operating temperature range of –40 to +55 °C ensures dependable performance across demanding field environments.
