The DEM-202M-RASKO is a differential pressure sensor-relay manufactured by SPZ OJSC (Saransk Instrument-Making Plant), a Russian instrumentation company based in Saransk, Republic of Mordovia. The device is designed for signaling and relay-based regulation of differential pressure in working media, actuating by making or breaking electrical contacts when a preset setpoint is reached.
Three execution versions cover setpoint ranges from 0.007–0.15 MPa up to 0.01–0.6 MPa, with the tightest version (−03) achieving a basic error of ±0.02 MPa. The sensor is rated IP64 for dust and moisture resistance and is built for climatic class OM5 per GOST 15150, operating reliably across an ambient temperature range of −20 °C to +85 °C.
Compatible media include water, air, refrigerants, oils, and other non-aggressive liquids and gases with viscosity up to 0.8 Pa·s. The instrument connects via a DIN 43650 (EN 175301-803) electrical connector and is available with M12×1.5, G1/4, or G1/2 process connections.
Contact ratings support DC loads up to 30 V / 1 A and AC loads up to 250 V / 10 A at 50/60 Hz. Unit weight does not exceed 1.5 kg.
The product is declared compliant with Eurasian Economic Union technical regulations TR TS 004 and TR TS 020. Typical applications span HVAC and refrigeration systems, pump, compressor and turbine machinery, and local automation in district heating, water supply, and power generation facilities.
