The YANYCHAR AHM-300A is a heavy-duty automatic tabletop bread slicing machine manufactured by ATESY, a well-established Russian producer of professional food-service equipment. Designed to relieve kitchen staff of the labor-intensive task of hand-slicing bread, the machine delivers throughput of up to 300 loaves per hour at a 20 mm slice thickness, stepping down to 220 loaves/hr at 15 mm, 160 loaves/hr at 10 mm, and 100 loaves/hr at 5 mm.
The operator sets the desired slice thickness — 5, 10, 15, or 20 mm — via a simple mechanical regulator. The core of the machine is a sickle-shaped, wave-edged blade of hardened stainless steel, laser-sharpened so it requires no re-sharpening over a long service life; its geometry produces clean, uniform slices from both fresh soft loaves and day-old bread without crumbling or tearing.
The stainless-steel body and all food-contact surfaces meet catering hygiene requirements and are easy to clean. Safety is built in at three points: limit switches cut power automatically when the loading-tray lid or receiving-tray lid is opened, and a stainless-steel shutter bars hand access to the cutting zone.
The machine accepts loaves up to 380 × 160 × 135 mm, weighs 45 kg, and runs on 380 V / 50 Hz at just 0.37 kW. It carries EAC certification and an official confirmation of industrial production on Russian territory.
