•What sliding-door systems do you use?
Standard: Aristo / Raumplus / Boyard MZ systems with steel/aluminum frames, ball-bearing rollers, top-hung or bottom-roller configurations. Top-hung (Aristo Premium) — 70% of orders; smoother, no floor track dust. Door panels: 10 mm MDF/chipboard with PET-film, mirror, frosted glass, lacobel, photoprint, or rattan inserts.
•How many panels per sliding wardrobe and what widths?
Standard 2-door (widths 1200-1800 mm), 3-door (1800-2700 mm), 4-door (2700-3600 mm). Depth 600 mm (full) or 450 mm (shallow). Each panel weighs 15-35 kg, supported by 2 top rollers + bottom guides. Maximum single panel width 1200 mm, height 2700 mm.
•Lead time and MOQ?
MOQ 20 units per SKU for stocked board/film colors, 30 units for OEM dimensions, 50 units for custom anodized aluminum profile colors. Production 35-50 days. FOB St. Petersburg / Novorossiysk. Premium aluminum profile (Aristo/Raumplus) adds 5-10 days for OEM colors.
•Are sliding wardrobes shipped as KD or assembled?
Always KD (knocked-down). Frame components (top/bottom/side panels) flat-pack in cartons, door panels in separate reinforced cartons with foam edges, rollers and aluminum profiles bagged with PO label. Glass/mirror doors honeycomb-protected. Carton sticker shows SKU + assembly step number.
•Container loading — sliding wardrobes per 40HQ?
2-door units (1200-1800 mm, KD): 70-90 sets per 40HQ. 3-door (1800-2700 mm): 50-65 sets. 4-door (2700-3600 mm): 35-45 sets. Mirror panels in dedicated cartons stacked on top of board panels to avoid breakage. Total load typically 18-20 tons.
•What's the warranty on rollers and tracks?
Boyard MZ: 24 months. Aristo Premium top-hung: 60 months. Raumplus (German engineering, RU-licensed): 120 months. Rollers tested for 80 000 cycles minimum. Replacement parts ship within 30 days DDP.
•OEM door designs available?
Yes. From 50 units we offer: photo-printing on glass (UV-cure, any image), bronze/grey/tinted mirror, lacobel back-painted glass (RAL/NCS), rattan natural inserts, slatted wood inserts, leather/eco-leather panels, combined sections (mirror + lacobel). Aluminum profile colors: silver, champagne, bronze, matt black, white.
•Built-in vs free-standing — which do you supply?
Both. Free-standing (with top/bottom/side panels) — ships ex-factory complete. Built-in (no side panels, mounted between walls/ceiling) — we supply doors + tracks + internal fittings only, you fit to opening. Built-in is 30-40% cheaper and popular for hotel/hospitality projects. Min opening 1200×2000 mm, max 4000×3000 mm.
•Soft-close on sliding doors — available?
Yes. Aristo Soft-Stop and Boyard Soft-Close brake modules — door decelerates in last 50 mm of travel, stops without slam. Standard on premium SKUs, +USD 8-15 per door on economy. Works on doors 15-80 kg.
