The electric induction cooker PEI-4/G1/L2 belongs to the trade mark "New Energy". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. It has 4 burners with a total power consumption of 13.5 kW (2 burners 2.5 kW each, 1 burner 3.5 kW, 1 burner 5 kW).
Permissible maximum distributed load per burner 40kg. Useful diameter of the cookware is not less than 12 cm and not more than 26 cm. Boiling time of 1 litre of water on the 2.5 kW burner is approximately 3 minutes, on the 3.5 kW burner - 2 minutes, on the 5 kW burner - 1.5 minutes.
The hob is equipped with height-adjustable supports.
