R65 Type Switch Mark 1/11 for Efficient Track Switching Applications

The track crossing of type R65 mark 1/11 on reinforced concrete bars is used for transfer of rolling stock from one track to another. The transfer is used on curvilinear sections of railway lines. Flexible shackles are used in the switch.

The crossbar is of prefabricated-welded construction - the cast core is welded to the rails of the crossbar rear outreach and connected to the rail whiskers. The counter rail is not connected to the track rail. The shackles are HFI hardened.

Frame rails, cross rails, rails of the transfer curve made of rails of OT 350 category. The R65 type 1/11 grade 1/11 arrow crossing 2925.00.000/-01 is manufactured in the following versions: 2925.00.000 - right-handed; 2925.00.000-01 - left.
