R65 Type Switch Mechanism for Efficient Rail Track Switching

Designed for transfer of rolling stock from one track to another. It is used on the main tracks of railway lines with mixed freight and passenger train traffic and speeds of passenger trains on the straight track up to 140 km/hour. Design features: transfers: separate fastening, terminals of PC type, pads with flanges; switches: rotary shackles with liner-overlay fastening of the root, pads with cushions on welded connection, elastic U-shaped spring terminals; crossbars: prefabricated with rail usoviki and cast core of high-manganese steel with liner-overlay end of the rear outreach, counter-rail from angle SP850.
