Double Symmetrical Tramway Switch R50 for Efficient Track Switching (30888)

Tramway double symmetrical R50 arrow crossing according to epub 30888 (8610.00.000) is designed for transferring trams from one track to another. It consists of an outer and an inner body with shackles (feathers) and a transfer mechanism. The bodies are made in the form of high-manganese steel castings with welded rail ends and are fixed on pads and bridges.

Turning shackles (feathers) are made of high-manganese steel. The switch can be equipped with a system of electric heating of sharps (feathers). The transfer is operated outdoors in macroclimatic regions of temperate and cold climate as a product UHL1 according to GOST 15150-69.

The transfer is designed to pass the rolling stock with wheel bandages according to GOST 25712-88.
