The heat calculator VKT-9 is designed to measure the output signals of measuring transducers of flow rate, temperature, pressure of the coolant and calculate the amount of heat and heat energy. VKT-9 together with flow converters PREM as part of the heat meter TSC-9, fully complies with the rules of commercial metering of heat energy, heat carrier (approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on 18 November 2013 N 1034)
