Vibration Acoustic Monitoring and Diagnostics System for Rotor Machines

Vibroacoustic monitoring and diagnostics system (hereinafter referred to as the system) is designed to perform control, monitoring and diagnostics of technical condition of rotary machines (controlled equipment) in bench, production and field conditions. The system is an autonomous information automated system with measuring functions and provides assessment of the technical condition of the controlled equipment based on the results of vibration signals analysis. The mode of operation is multiple cyclic application. When testing the controlled equipment, the system performs automatic diagnostics of the technical condition of the controlled equipment, noise level control, as well as monitoring of the following parameters: 1) Vibratory velocity RMS of vibration velocity and vibration acceleration in frequency bands from 2 to 1000 Hz, from 10 to 1000 Hz; 2) rotation frequency; 3) temperature.
