Purpose, field of application:
One-door proofing cabinet is designed for proofing of dough pieces of the widest range of bakery and confectionery products at the enterprises of trade, bakery industry, bakeries, bakeries, bakeries, bakeries, confectionery shops.
The cabinet is operated in rooms with ambient air temperature from +20 to + 350 C at relative humidity not more than 80% (climatic version UHL-4.2. GOST 15150-69).
