Description
1.Dough dividing machines of TD brand are designed for mechanised division of dough into dough pieces of required weight at the enterprises of bakery industry. To obtain the most accurate weight of dough pieces recommended dough moisture from 38% to 43%. When dividing muffin dough varieties, a moisture content of not less than 36% is allowed.
2.The dough dividing machine of TD brand consists of a body, which is a welded construction. On the body are installed elements of the kinematic scheme, hopper for loading dough, lubrication system of the piston system, cylinder and piston, panelling panels, controls, belt conveyor. The casing is supported on 4 wheels, allowing the machine to be easily moved when necessary.
