Machine dough mixer spiral electric TMC-20NN-1P is designed for kneading yeast dough in bakery enterprises, pastry shops and catering enterprises. Main characteristics of spiral dough mixer TMS-20NN-1R: - quiet operation due to low speed of rotation of elements of the bowl drive - motor-reducer for stable operation of the electric motor and the exclusion of its overheating - increased safety margin of the kneading organ (spiral) due to a larger section, constant speed of rotation of the spiral, the original shape of the spiral - the gap between the kneading organ and the bottom of the bowl is 3-5 mm, rounded inner corners of the bowl to facilitate hygienic cleaning of the machine, polymer coating of the body with increased resistance of the dough.
