Hydraulic four-column press DA3000 with 3000 tonnes capacity

The hydraulic four-column press model DA3000 is designed to perform various operations of pressure processing.

If the press is equipped with heating plates (at the Customer's request) and appropriate moulds, it is possible to manufacture products made of thermosetting plastics, in this case it is necessary to additionally equip the electrical equipment and possibly change the software.

The main purpose of the press model DA2243 is to perform works requiring a lower ejector or clamping: sheet forging, drawing of thin sheet metal and others.

The press control system and the hydraulic system of the hydraulic unit allow to perform operations on it as on universal equipment:

pressing-unpressing, piercing, calibration, bending. The press can be used for straightening by installing the appropriate tooling.
