Hydraulic Plunger Press DE 2434 for Efficient Material Processing

Designed to process material by means of pressure generated by liquid. The equipment belongs to the category of forging equipment. Application - stamping of parts from blanks, calibration, piercing, pressing out, straightening, sheet forging, drawing. Design: The press bed of closed box section allows to provide rigidity of the construction and to keep geometrical shape under considerable loads, and consequently to receive stable result at manufacturing of products.

Press hydraulic cylinders (ram and ejector stroke cylinders) are manufactured using modern methods of processing of working surfaces of bodies and rods, as well as using modern sealing and antifriction materials. All this allows to reduce leakage of working fluid and to improve reliability and durability of the construction several times. All hydraulic cylinders included in the press are tested with pressure 30% higher than nominal (working) pressure.
