Hydraulic four-column press DA2228 with the force of 63 tonnes

Hydraulic four-column press model DA2228 is designed to perform various operations of pressure processing. When the press is equipped with heating plates (at the Customer's request) and appropriate moulds, it is possible to manufacture products from thermosetting plastics, in this case it is necessary to additionally equip electrical equipment and possible change of software.
The main purpose of the press model DA2228 is to perform works that require a lower ejector or clamping: sheet forging, drawing of thin sheet metal and others. The press control system and hydraulic system of the hydraulic unit allow to perform operations on it as on the universal equipment: pressing-extrusion, piercing, calibration, bending. By installing the appropriate tooling, the press can be used for straightening. The press can be used for working on metal for such operations as deep drawing, bending, straightening.
