The hydraulic four-column press model DA2240 is designed to perform various pressure processing operations.

If the press is equipped with heating plates (at the Customer's request) and appropriate moulds, it is possible to manufacture products made of thermosetting plastics, in this case it is necessary to additionally equip the electrical equipment and possibly change the software.

The main purpose of the press model DA2240 is to perform works requiring a lower ejector or clamping: sheet forging, drawing of thin sheet metal and others.

The press control system and the hydraulic system of the hydraulic unit allow to perform operations on the press as on universal equipment: pressing-unpressing, piercing, calibration, bending. If the appropriate tooling is installed, the press can be used for straightening.
