Hydraulic four-column press DA2234 with 250 tonnes of force

The hydraulic four-column press model DA2234 is designed for various operations of pressure processing. When the press is equipped with heating plates (at the Customer's request) and appropriate moulds, it is possible to manufacture products from thermosetting plastics, in this case, it is necessary to additionally equip the electrical equipment and possibly change the software.

The main purpose of the press model DA2234 is to perform works requiring a lower ejector or clamping: sheet forging, drawing of thin sheet metal and others.

The press control system and the hydraulic system of the hydraulic unit allow to perform operations on it as on universal equipment:

Pressing-unpressing, piercing, calibration, bending. The press can be used for straightening by installing the appropriate tooling.
