Hafnium Oxide (IV) for Vacuum Coating Applications and Specifications

Hafnium (IV) oxide for vacuum deposition, TU 20.59.59-001-38857157-2023. It is produced in the form of granules (1-10 mm) or tablets (diameter 12-25 mm and height 5-15 mm) of white-grey to light yellow colour. The chemical formula is HfO2.

The area of transparency is 0.23-8 µm. Refractive index n in the film at l= 550 nm is 1.9-2.07. Apparent density is 6.5-9.7 g/cm3.

The corresponding high purity oxide is used as the main raw material. The delivery set includes the product packed in polyethylene cans or bags, provided with labels indicating the contents of the cans or bags, as well as a document on the quality of the product.
