Description
Zinc sulphide- cerium (III) fluoride for thin layer optics (TU 2622-040-48591565-2014) is light beige cylinder-shaped tablets with height from 4 to 30 mm and diameter from 8 to 300 mm, insoluble in water, with density 4,2-7,5 g/cm3. It does not react with acids. Chemical formula ZnS*CeF3.
Recommended evaporation temperature 1300-1600 C. Purpose and scope of application: as a starting material for manufacturing thin-layer optical coatings by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum Packaging of the product is carried out according to GOST 3885. Packing group III, IV, V.
