EliteTest P94 Fluorescent Penetrant for High-Quality Aerospace Applications

Luminescent penetrants "Elitest series P90" are used for capillary inspection of products, to the quality of which are high requirements, for example, parts in the aerospace industry. Penetrants of P90 series give bright yellow-green indicator pattern visible in ultraviolet illumination. Background luminescence is minimal. Excess of penetrants is washed off from the controlled product with the help of hydrophilic emulsifier "Elitest E11" (or its 20 per cent aqueous solution) and water according to the scheme "water emulsifier water". Permissible temperature of controlled products - from +5 to +50 C. Penetrants "Elitest P90 series" can be used in local control (aerosol version), in capillary control lines (immersion in baths with penetrant), as well as in systems of electrostatic application.
