Niobium (V) Oxide for Vacuum Coating - High Purity Materials for Advanced Applications

Niobium oxide (V) for vacuum spraying, TU 20.59.59-001-38857157-2023. It is granules (1-10 mm) or tablets from white to cream-yellow colour (diameter 12-25 mm and height 5-15 mm). Chemical formula is Nb2O5.

The area of transparency is 0.42-8 µm. Refractive index n in the film at l= 550 nm is 2.2-2.4. Apparent density is 3.5-4.5 g/cm3.

The corresponding high purity oxide is used as the main raw material. The delivery set includes the product packed in polyethylene cans or bags, provided with labels indicating the contents of the cans or bags, as well as a document on the quality of the product.
