Galvanic Coating Production Equipment - Custom Solutions for Coating Applications

Production of coatings consists of 2 sites:
- electroplating section;
- Paint and varnish coating area.

The Company carries out to order:
- application of paint coatings (chamber size 2500x1500x1000 mm);
- application of polymer powder coatings (chamber size 1000x1000x800 mm);
- galvanic preparation of parts (degreasing, zinc plating, cadmium plating) before paint and polymer coatings;
- coating of parts, assemblies and products with powder and lacquer coatings as an assembly;
- galvanic and chemical coating of steel, aluminium and copper parts (silvering (from customer's material), electrochemical and electrical degreasing of parts)

Electroplating:
- aluminium - anadizing, chemical oxidation, fluorine;
- steel and copper - tin-cadmium, nickel plating, chemical oxidation, cadmium plating, zinc plating, copper plating, hard chrome plating.
