Automated Etching Line for Burn-In: Model LNGM V3 for Precision Etching

Mechanised auto-operator line of etching on burns (hereinafter referred to as the Line) is a line of baths in a single-row arrangement. The baths are arranged on a common framework, which is also a track. Movement of hangers with parts to working positions is performed by means of a cantilever auto-operator. The main components of the Line: loading/unloading rack, baths, cantilever type auto-operator, auto-operator track frame, control cabinet, control cabinet (insulation application baths), power cabinet, computer cabinet, filtration units, cleaning system, service platform, portable boom, local exhaust ventilation system within the line, water and air preparation unit, media distribution piping system, industrial sewage system within the line.
