Surface Treatment Line for Chemical and Electrochemical Processing - Model 12345

Galvanic lines are designed for applying protective and decorative coatings on parts made of various materials, in order to give the treated surface the necessary specified properties. Processing of parts is carried out by dipping in the appropriate baths of the line on the necessary equipment (suspension, drum, basket, etc.) according to the approved technology. The baths of the galvanic line are equipped with lids, which allows to reduce the amount of emission of harmful substances into the working area.

In order to remove the emitted vapours with pollutants from the surface of the solution, the baths are equipped with on-board suction, which allows to regulate the flow rate of the removed air. Each bath is equipped with a stand with adjustable supports, which allows to install the line equipment with high precision. Depending on one or several technological processes, the lines have different purposes and level of mechanisation/automation - automatic, mechanised and manual.
