Automatic Galvanizing Line for Electrochemical Processes in Manufacturing

Galvanic lines are complete equipment, sequential performance of chemical and electrochemical operations in galvanic production. By agreement, it is allowed to manufacture tanks of other dimensions and from other materials in accordance with the requirements of TU and TK. The delivery set includes: frame (frame) complete with service platform; bath (s) and tanks; control cabinet (s) (rack); additional cabinet equipment; ventilation system; additional galvanic equipment (filtering unit, accumulator, working tables); elements for assembly and a set of fasteners for installation at the place of operation; technical and accompanying documentation. The line is equipped with: automatic maintenance of the set temperature; continuous filtration and mixing; electrolyte pH control; centralised control rack for the whole line; console type auto-operator with software control; covers working in automatic mode
