Complexes of fixation of traffic violations "Prisma-StoS" are designed to measure the speed of vehicles without radar method in automatic mode. Functionally, the complexes can be used as a detector of vehicles to collect and analyse statistical data of the traffic flow from moving vehicles of different classes, to determine the coordinates of the location of complexes and time of fixation of vehicles, counting the number of vehicles, as well as for the fixation of traffic violations under the CAO RF and in the field of landscaping, including, but not limited to
