The converters measuring steering angle ISL-M are produced in two modifications - ISL-M and ISL-M.01. The converter in modification ISL-M measures the total backlash of steering before the beginning of the steering wheel movement. Converter in modification ISL-M.01 measures the total backlash of steering control at the regulated force applied to the steering wheel.
The principle of operation of the ISL-M steering angle measuring transducers is based on the measurement of steering wheel rotation angles by means of conversion of the steering angle sensor signal in the interval of actuations of the inductive sensor of the steered wheels movement when selecting the steering backlash in both directions of steering rotation.
