The control and signalling unit of the Safe Parking System (SPS) is designed to monitor the distance from the front and rear of the vehicle to surrounding objects. The BPS is designed to warn the driver of an obstacle in front and behind within the recognition zone of the parking system sensors, by informing the driver by means of sound signal of appropriate frequency and displaying information on the multimedia system display.
The BPS is located in the passenger compartment of the vehicle in a place protected from direct ingress of water, oil, aggressive environment and direct mechanical impact.
