•What wardrobe depths and configurations are standard?
Standard depths: 580-600 mm (clothing-friendly, fits hangers), 400-450 mm (shallow / hallway). Heights 2000/2200/2400 mm. Widths from 600 to 2400 mm in 200/300 mm increments. Configurations: 2/3/4-door hinged, with or without mirror, corner units (L-shape), and full wall-systems with cornice.
•What hinge and soft-close systems do you use?
Standard Russian wardrobes ship with Boyard or GTV hinges (China/RU production, EU-compatible). Premium SKUs use Blum CLIP top / Hettich Sensys with integrated soft-close, 3D adjustment, 110-170° opening. Soft-close drawer runners Blum Tandem / Hettich Quadro on push-to-open option.
•Material certifications for US/EU?
Particleboard E1 (formaldehyde ≤0.124 mg/m³ per EN 717-1) is standard. CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI on request — premium suppliers carry this certification. MDF doors with PU-paint finish or PET-film comply with REACH. FSC/PEFC available for solid-wood elements (handles, top panels).
•Lead time and MOQ for export wardrobes?
MOQ: 30 units per SKU for stocked configurations, 50 units for OEM (custom width/color). Production lead time: 30-45 days for in-stock board colors, 50-65 days for custom HPL/lacquer finish. FOB St. Petersburg/Novorossiysk.
•How are wardrobes packaged for sea freight?
Knocked-down (KD) flat-pack: corrugated cartons with foam corners, hardware bag inside, assembly manual (EN/AR/ES). Each carton labeled with SKU, weight, GTIN. Glass/mirror parts in separate cartons with hexagonal honeycomb protectors. Pallet-loaded with stretch wrap for 40HQ stuffing.
•How many wardrobes fit a 40HQ?
2-door wardrobes (600-800 mm wide, KD): 90-110 units. 3-door (1200-1500 mm): 60-75 units. 4-door (1800-2400 mm): 40-55 units. Volume optimization: we always mix SKU sizes to fill 67-68 m³ container effectively.
•Internal fittings — what's included?
Standard: 1-2 chrome hanger rods (25 mm diameter, Boyard), 2-4 fixed shelves (16 mm board), 1 drawer block (2-3 drawers). Optional: pull-out trouser rack, tie/belt rack, shoe shelves, LED motion-sensor strip, mirror inside door, pull-out laundry hamper. Specify in PO.
•OEM custom finishes and colors?
Board colors: 80+ in-stock decors (Egger, Kronospan, Lamarty). PET-film MDF doors: matte/gloss in 30+ colors. PU-painted MDF (any RAL/NCS) from 100 units. HPL doors for hospitality projects. Handles: 200+ models from Boyard/GTV stock or your supplier's spec.
•Payment and warranty?
TT 30/70 standard, LC at sight for orders > USD 50,000. Warranty 24 months on construction defects (door alignment, hinge failure, board delamination from manufacturing fault). Excludes damage from improper assembly or humidity > 75%. Replacement parts shipped DDP from RU within 30 days.
