Private labelling is common practice for volume buyers. Factories can typically apply your brand to the front panel, control fascia, packaging and manuals from a few hundred units. •How are spare parts and warranty handled for an importer?
The standard arrangement is a factory warranty of 12 to 24 months supported through the importer. Suppliers ship a recommended spare-parts kit (pumps, belts, heating elements, control boards) with the first container so your local service workshop can handle most repairs without waiting for international shipments.
•What documents accompany an export shipment?
A typical set includes the commercial invoice, packing list, EAC declaration of conformity, certificate of origin on request, and user manuals. Manuals are normally in Russian and English; translation masters for local-language printing can be provided for larger orders.
