The working system of the LM 7-P batch laminator consists of two internal heating rollers and working plates heated together with the rollers. The product has two cold rollers for pressing and pulling through the material.
Laminating takes place hot or cold.
The product can be heated up to one hundred and sixty degrees, the temperature is set according to the needs and the set temperature is maintained during the whole lamination process.
The rolls are heated for five minutes (to the minimum working temperature of 70 Co) and after this time the laminator can be used. The body of the device is made of durable material.
