The factory builds an analog, typically in copper-brass, with a pressure-test certificate. Production usually takes two to four weeks.
•Which is better for hot climates: copper-brass or aluminium cores?
Both work if correctly sized. Aluminium is lighter and cheaper; copper-brass dissipates heat slightly better per volume, tolerates higher fin-clogging from dust, and crucially can be repaired by soldering in any local workshop.
