Conveyor chain-scraper KCC is designed for mechanical movement of bulk products in stationary conditions horizontally and at an angle of not more than 5º. The conveyor can transport the product in the forward direction (towards the drive section) and in the reverse direction (towards the tension head).
The conveyor must be installed indoors or under a canopy.
Power source of the drive is an electric network of alternating current with frequency 50 Hz, voltage 380V. The chain-scraper conveyor consists of the following main parts: drive section, a set of boxes of different lengths, tensioning head, chain assembly.
The conveyor is a stationary conveying device of continuous action with a working traction organ - chain with scrapers.
The conveyor, depending on its design, can have different length.
The main units of the conveyor are: drive section of the inclined conveyor; drive section of the horizontal conveyor; boxes of the inclined section; transition elbow; boxes of the horizontal section; tension head; inside the boxes there is a chain with scrapers; brackets are welded to the boxes in place; between the flanges of the boxes there are sealing gaskets; boxes are connected with each other by bolts, nuts, washers, washers, gaskets, gaskets.
The principle of operation of the conveyor is as follows:
when the gear motor is switched on, the driving sprocket drives the chain with scrapers, which moves the product along the bottom of the box towards the discharge opening of the drive section. If the product overfills the drive section, the overfill sensor will activate and the conveyor will stop. At breakage or at reduction of speed of movement and stopping of the chain the movement sensor will be activated and the conveyor will be stopped.
