•What are realistic lead times and which ports do you ship from?
Production lead time is 30-45 days for stock-ready collections (beds, wardrobes, dining sets) and 45-70 days for custom upholstered furniture. FOB shipping is typically from St. Petersburg (Big Port) for European/US East Coast routes, and Novorossiysk for Mediterranean and Suez transit.
