Tram Switch R30 (Project 8428.00.000) for Efficient Track Switching

The tramway R30 arrow (project 8428.00.000) is designed to transfer trams from one track to another. It consists of an outer and inner body with shackles (feathers) and translation mechanism. The bodies are made in the form of castings from high manganese steel and are fixed on pads.

The rotary stays (feathers) are made of high-manganese steel. The arrow can be equipped with a system of electric heating of sharps (feathers). The arrow is operated outdoors in macroclimatic regions of temperate and cold climate as a product UHL1 according to GOST 15150-69.

The arrow is designed to pass the rolling stock with wheel bandages according to GOST 25712-88.
