R50 Type Switch Mark 1/5 for Efficient Metro Rail Track Switching

The R50 type track crossing of 1/5 grade on reinforced concrete bars with screw and dowel fastening is designed for laying on the underground railway tracks. It is intended for transfer of rolling stock from one track to another. The crossbar is solid cast.

The counter rail is not connected with the track rail. The shackles and frame rails are hardened by HFI. The P50 type 1/5 mark 1/5 switches are manufactured in the following versions: VSP05.
