Radio frequency power amplifier

The amplifiers are designed to amplify continuous or pulsed signals in the frequency range from 2500 to 6000 MHz. They are designed for EMC testing, testing of high power protective devices (limiters), for various communication applications, radiolocation and interference signal reproduction devices.High signal output power up to 200 W with input power of 10 mW.Built-in protection systems provide amplifier shutdown and corresponding indication in case of overheating or operation on a mismatched load (including XX and short circuit):-protection against reflected output power of 200 W on a mismatched load-protection against input power.
