R65 Type 1/11 Railway Switch for Smooth Track Transitions

The track crossing of type R65 grade 1/11 on reinforced concrete bars is used for transfer of rolling stock from one track to another. The transfer is used on curvilinear sections of railway lines. Flexible shackles are used in the switch.

The crossbar is of prefabricated-welded construction - the cast core is welded to the rails of the crossbar rear outreach and connected to the rail whiskers. The counter rail is not connected to the track rail. The shackles are HFI hardened.

Frame rails, crossover rails, rails of the transfer curve made of rails of OT 350 category. The R65 type R65 grade 1/11 type railway crossing of project 2851.00.000/-01 is manufactured in the following versions: 2851.00.000 - right-handed; 2851.00.000-01 - left.
