R65 Type Switch for Railways Model 1/11 for Efficient Track Switching

Designed for transfer of rolling stock from one track to another. It is used on the tracks of 1 and 2 classes of railway lines with mixed freight and passenger train traffic and the speed mode of passenger trains on the straight track up to 140 km/h. The crossing is interchangeable with the switch of the project 2768.

Spring terminals are used in the crossing, roller devices are installed to facilitate the transfer of the sharps. The crossing is made as a monoblock with welded rail ends. Usoviki are installed on the monoblock from the outside.

The counter rail is not connected to the track rail. All pads have high flanges. The shackles and frame rails are HFI hardened.

The P65 type 1/11 mark 1/11 arrow crossing 53103.00.000-(04/05) is manufactured in the following versions: 53103.00.000-04 - right; 53103.00.000-05 - left.
