Port-5 tester

Purpose:
- Measurement of optical radiation power (dBm) and determination of losses in fibre optic light guides and cables;
- identification of fibre in cassettes, detection of poor quality contacts, cracks, welding joints, breaks, kinks of optical fibre by visual method;
- diagnostics of global and local area networks components at physical and network levels;
- diagnostics and quick assessment of broadband access channel connection quality using ADSL and VDSL technologies;
- determination of technical condition and scheme of copper cable wiring of UTP, FTP types.
- Determination of active equipment.
- PING-test: by IP address or by server name.
- Quick start mode by addresses saved by the user;
- 4-packet single start mode;
- cyclic start mode with output of packet rate dependence graph.
