E849EL converters are designed to measure and convert active and/or reactive power in single-phase and three-phase 3- and 4-wire AC power networks into unified DC output signals and a sequence of digital signals for transmission via RS485 interfaces (IEC 60870-5-101 protocols with time stamp, Modbus RTU), Ethernet (protocols IEC 61850-8-1 (MMS), IEC 60870-5-104 with time stamp, Modbus TCP).
Converters can be used for: active, reactive and active/reactive power control; measurement of active and reactive energy (given/received, with accumulation);
monitoring and control of power quality.
The converter supports the IEC 61850-8-1 digital substation protocol (MMS). E849EL is included in the State Register of SI of the Russian Federation No. 66759-17. Inter-test interval: without LCD - 11 years; with LCD - 8 years.
Converters can be used for: active, reactive and active/reactive power control; measurement of active and reactive energy (given/received, with accumulation);
