Description

Indium (III)-tin (IV) oxide for thin-layer optics, TU 2611-037-48591565-2014 is a greenish-coloured tablet of 12-25 mm in size and 5-15 mm in height with density 4,0-7,1 g/cm3. It is not reactive with acids, reactive with NaOH, KOH, insoluble in water. Transparency area is 0.4-1.1 µm.

Chemical formula (In2O3)0.9-(SnO2)0.1. Purpose and scope of application: as a starting material for manufacturing thin-layer optical coatings by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum. Product packing is carried out according to GOST 3885.
