GAKS-I:D Testing Complex for Pipeline Valves - Ensuring Strength and Leak Integrity

Testing complexes GAKS-I:D are designed for testing pipeline valves for strength and density of materials, tightness of the gate, gland seal and gasket joints. The complexes consist of a test bench for installation and sealing of valves and a pressure source (pneumatically controlled pump station, manual or electric pump). The tests are controlled and monitored from the control panel of the pumping station or from the panel located on the test bench. Tested products: general industrial and power fittings (wedge gate valves, ball and plug valves, disc gates, shut-off valves (valves), check and safety valves), wellhead and blowout preventer equipment. For the accuracy of measurements and logging of test results the instruments "SEITRONIC PG10-1", "SEITRONIC PG10-2" or automated electronic system "SEITRONIC SIR-PG" are used.
