Gas Cylinder Degassing Stand GAKS-KOB-SDD for Safe Ventilation and Valve Removal

The stand is designed for unscrewing valves and degassing cylinders. The operation of the stand is that the degassing of the cylinder is carried out by feeding inert (non-flammable) gas into the cylinder under test and reducing the pressure of inert gas to a certain pressure with its subsequent release from the degassed cylinder. Inert gas supply to the degassed cylinder is adjustable.

The bench consists of a frame, in the upper part of which a boom with a pneumatic nut driver is installed. The wrench provides easy unscrewing of the valve or adapter. The air preparation unit for the pneumatic nut driver allows to quickly dry and clean the incoming air.

The bench frame has a place for installation and fixing of inert gas cylinder. Gas cylinders according to GOST 949-73, GOST 9731-79, car cylinders for compressed gas are tested.
